Lane and team were very helpful throughout every step of the car buying process. Lane, Scott and Jerry are all good guys. Very easy to get along with worked with me very well. Heck, Jerry even came to my house from Grain Valley to Lee's Summit. To pick me up just to bring me Back to Grain Valley that way, I didn't have to Uber out to them. I'm definitely gonna purchase another vehicle and would suggest anybody to them. That would need a vehicle. They will do what They can to help you out definitely will purchase another vehicle with them Sometime

I'm a Single Mother fixing to start college again next month. So I needed an affordable vehicle with a lower payment than I currently had with my Buick encore. I purchased a vehicle from them & eight days later, it began having issues. I notified them of the issues i was experiencing and that I had an appointment for a thorough diagnosis and that if the problem was major, I would be returning the vehicle that I purchased. I honestly wasn't expecting anything, honestly & they asked me to take it to a local mechanic in Springfield for a diagnosis. After the diagnosis, Lane, my salesman, informed me that if I took it into an automotive shop, they would personally take care of the repairs & even offer to pay for a rental car. I was very skeptical, I would say, and immediately thought the worst, which is out of character for me. JSJ exceeded my expectations, I will say. Their not like any other dealership I've encountered. Aside from their professionalism & hospitality, they displayed they were incredibly patient with me through the challenging process of trading in a vehicle. From my personal experience with them, I've discovered that this is more than just selling cars to people & more than just a job to them, & more than just earning an income. From their actions, they actually care about their customers & they appear that they generally want to do right by their customers as best to their human abilities. So I personally recommend everyone I encounter to come here. It is a beautiful long drive to Grain Valley from Springfield but totally worth the experience. I can't speak for the rest of the team because I personally only worked with Lane. Lane displayed qualities in a Salesman that no longer can be found in this generation. Respect, honesty, hospitality, integrity, manners, diligence, Ethicalism & professional. They mean what they say at JSJ auto sales & they stand by their word & their product. If something isn't right, they're correct the issue expeditiously & Honestly. There are no bandages here at JSJ Auto Sales like I so incorrectly misjudged them.

I bought a 2012 Ford escape it was very clean they had it detailed it smelled so fresh and looked amazing it was already affordable but they bargained some and I got it a bit cheaper the even got it inspected before purchasing great experience and amazing cars and customer service quick and easy

We visited this dealer and were met by a very pleasant salesman. He was helpful and engaged, but not too assertive. We met an owner as well and I would use the same description for him. I also appreciated that they didn’t pretend to know everything or blow off any of my concerns. It is common for people selling a car to pretend to be experts on every type of vehicle. I had done a lot of research on this specific make and model and he validated my concerns that are associated with this vehicle. We are from out of town and wanted to see a few more vehicles in the area, so we briefly discussed pricing before heading out. After visiting a few other dealers in Kansas City we decided to come back at the very end of their work day. If they were bothered or annoyed staying quite late they did an excellent job at masking it. We did not feel like too much of a burden. They had the vehicle of interest inspected by a local mechanic last minute. In an attempt to get a last minute, pre purchase inspection I called another, local mechanic. This mechanic informed me that SJ Motors was very reputable and that “if there is a vehicle on their lot, then it is a good one,” and that he buys his personal vehicles from this dealer. The car appears to function as well as it did on initial test drive a few days ago.

Absolutely the best dealership you can find within 100 miles. Lane Overton and Scott Lunn helped me in more ways than anyone else would. They got me a deal that was way better than any other dealership would do for me. I felt like family as soon as I walked in the door and took care of me like I was. If you ever feel like you’re struggling to find the “Great Deal” you need to go and see them, I promise you they will do everything they can to help. Now I have an amazing Chevy Malibu and building credit with a really low payment. I have and will continue recommending SJMotors to my family and friends who need help because I know they will be taken care of. I will always go through them for my vehicles. I bought a 2013 Ford F150 from Nate at SJ Motors. 4 days later I had an issue with it. When I bought the truck, I bought it "as is" no warranty. I will keep this short and won't bother you with details, but Nate and SJ motors stepped up and were more than fair about helping me taking care of my issues. Great business that treats their customers like family. If I ever need another pre-owned vehicle I'll be calling Nate and Scott over at SJ motors.
